All funds are deposited into a federally insured financial institution trust account. And we provide owners with complete and accurate data with customizable reporting to match your overall investment needs.
CCPM’s financial services include but are not limited to:
- Annual Budgeting and CAM/NNN expense reconciliation.
- Monthly reporting to owners including a narrative report addressing an executive summary of financials, operations and maintenance, lease status/renewals, capital improvements and delinquencies and the standard cadre of financial reports including Profit & Loss, Financial Statement, Rent Roll, Bank Account Reconciliations, Aged Receivables and General Ledger.
- Profit/loss analysis to gauge performance.
- Review and payment of all operational expenses, fees, mortgages, taxes, insurance, etc.
